Our special culture has been at the heart of Osbit, since we started out in 2010, and is a key component in our success.

We thrive in working together as one team to pursue our shared vision, while supporting each other’s individual growth along the way.

We have a range of business-led initiatives to support and nurture our community, and we each commit to certain behaviours to help make Osbit a great place to be.

  • Teaching and learning

    We host regular knowledge sharing sessions as part of our TechTalks series and we also work with you to develop an annual Personal Development Plan to support your continued growth.

    All new starters are assigned a Guide or mentor, depending on your role, for more tailored support.

  • Empowerment

    Empowering people has been ingrained in our overall company ethos from the beginning; everyone’s viewpoint counts, regardless of your age, experience, or role.

    That’s why we don’t have departments at Osbit and why each project team sees a system’s development through, from concept to completion.

  • Wellbeing

    Helping you feel safe, happy, and confident in what you’re doing is important to us.

    As well as having physical and mental health first aiders across the business, we provide free access to a counsellor & Myers Briggs practitioner, as well as a personal development coach.

  • Fun

    We want you to enjoy what you do. We expect you to put effort into your work, but we’d also like you to have fun with your team while you’re doing it.

    We host an annual summer festival for everyone (and a plus one), as well as a Christmas walk and lunch. We’re a social bunch, with colleagues organising regular activities.
